Oh man, currently super tired as I am writing this. I really hope no one reads my blog. I should figure out how to turn it on private haha. Anyways the last few months were really good honestly and went by fast. I can’t believe we are halfway through the year.
I started spring with a new job! Oh my goodness, best blessing in my life. I am the marketing specialist at Mentionables. Its model-free lingerie. It’s kept me very busy. My boss is awesome! I’m so grateful I am not at Nest anymore. It’s insane. It’s a small company but I really like my coworkers. It’s in American Fork and I go in two days a week but normally they are just half days.
My parents to us to Rome!! So unexpected of them and so fun!! It was such a great trip! It was short though! We were there only 6 days. The art and architecture was amazing!! My fav part was definitely the food! The environment and vibe was so fun and the people there were so nice. We did A LOT of walking. Traveling went good and nothing went wrong which is so surprising. We got to see SO much. I need to go back to Italy ASAP.
Ethan got an internship with Lehi water. He started right after we got home from Rome. He has 10 hour days, M-TH starting work at 6:30am - 5pm. He is gone 12 hours. He has been working so hard. He is also taking 9 credits online. It’s been insane. He is halfway through the semester and then he is DONE. Not sure if he will get his masters, sadly he didn’t get into the U because he didn’t have enough work experience. I think most people take a gap year. It’s kind of a bummer because Ethan told him about his internship and I bet they would let him in if he knew he was doing it. But Ethan is also so worn out so it’s a good thing honestly. And we have been so poor our whole marriage so it will be so nice to have two incomes and not have to pay for tuition!!! We just paid his last tuition fee and it feels SO good!! Now we don’t know what we are doing, if we are moving or anything like that. Life never turns out how you expect it.
